      • My responsibilities began with my position as Social Media Manager. In this role, I took on the management of Cortex's social accounts. This involved: - Sourcing creative work to showcase on all platforms. - Recruiting creatives to become members of Cortex's exclusive members group. - Working in coordination with Editorial Managers and Photographers on interviews and press releases. - Growing the engagement of Cortex's social media platforms. I slowly progressed to more complex roles, taking on design tasks for Cortex and also curating bi-monthly challenges for it's members. Therefore, I have recently been promoted to Creative Consultant. This role involves: - Strategic planning of creative events and bi-monthly 'Cortex Challenges' - Designing artwork for the social platforms and events. - Involvement in the progression of Cortex Creatives as an organisation.

Finalist in the 1340 Art Magazine Competition 2018

      1340 Magazine

      • I was contacted in the summer of 2018 by the team at 1340 Art Magazine, requesting that I submit my work to their quarterly competition to be featured in their magazine. I was lucky enough to be a considered in the final selection of the submissions. Despite not being chosen as a finalist, I still celebrate this as an achievement and feel very proud of this as a recognition of my personal work.
