About me
www.bellamulholland.com My name is Isabella Mulholland, but everyone calls me Bella. With 20 years of experience, I am a strategist with a multidisciplinary career, having worked on famous global brands, renowned global communication networks, and digital/content startups, including agency networks like Y&R, BBH, and JWT. I have been with JWT since 2012 as Executive Planning Director and then Head of Strategy of the Brazilian office. In 2016 I moved to London to lead one of the agencies biggest Global Accounts as the head strategist and business leader. I started my career as a marketing executive working in a brand management role. The 7 years I spent on the client side helped me develop my skills on branding, communication, strategy and leadership. During that period, I was responsible for several brands and ultimately in charge of developing new engagement and measurement tools in digital, content and entertainment for all the company’s brands. Change came when I realized that I wanted to be on the creative side of the marketing process, working with different categories and innovating in communications. So I went to the agency side to help build the digital and content department at Y&R Brazil. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in independent boutiques, creative mavericks and big global agencies heading the Strategy for local and global clients. I have worked with clients from various categories and have a vast experience in FMCG and services: InBev, Coca-Cola, Omo, Johnnie Walker, Kit Kat, Danone, Red Bull, Pepsico, Honda, Shell, Bayer, Avon, TAM, Vivo, Sprint, Sunsilk among others. I am the co-founder of two start-ups and a part time teacher.
