Sole in-house graphic designer responsible for implementing and developing the Generator brand across print and digital collateral for Generator’s 11 design-led boutique hostels across Europe. • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Coordinator, CMO, hostel GMs, freelance designers, external agencies and other key stakeholders to apply brand guidelines/core brand values and contribute branding concepts for new bar/restaurant sub-brands • Creatively supporting the Sales, Digital and other internal teams in London and abroad with PowerPoint presentations, promotional print collateral and website, newsletter, social media and email hero images for events such as V Festival and Berlin Pride, partnerships with local tour companies and new hostel openings in Rome and Stockholm • Mentoring interns, guiding freelance designers and assisting in the hiring process
Ongoing freelance design for Merlin Entertainments’ visitor attractions across Europe, Asia and the USA, including brands such as Madame Tussauds, Sea Life and LEGOLand. • Generated thoroughly-researched creative concepts for retail and theming graphics based on architects’ plans, showcasing prominent figures in Asian and European culture • Adhered to style guides for global IPs (eg. LEGO, Dreamworks’ Ice Age, Marvel Avengers, Disney/ Lucasfilm’s Star Wars) and sourcing copyright-cleared images to use in artwork • Artworked print-ready retail/POS graphics for Madame Tussauds’ gift shops, maintaining consistency within an established international format • Provided additional design support to the Studios team (eg. InDesign presentations for LEGOLand California & Windsor, theming booklets for MT Orlando, Delhi, Singapore and 3D Sketchup visuals) • Successfully collaborated with creative leads, architects, freelancers and other stakeholders across time zones and at all levels of seniority

CBBC Extra: • Designed opening and closing animated title sequences for a Red Nose Day film, working with directors and editors at Clear Cut Pictures to integrate them into a longer VT • Jointly art directed a series of three short music video spoofs featuring CBBC and Blue Peter presenters, managing budgets and tight schedules • Created printed graphics and props for studio links according to the director's script, using a style appropriate to the CBBC audience of 6-12 year olds CBBC & CBeebies Presentation: • Live studio running - set dressing, operating props/puppets on set and ad hoc appearances on camera • Designed and sourced props under Stage Manager's instruction, liaising with printers and the BBC's production partners Red Bee Media as required • Met and greeted guest presenters and puppeteers • Maintained flexibility regarding job roles and availability, due to the changing nature of television
