Drawn to cinematic tracking shots and bizarre situations which are presented as ordinary & mundane, like the surreal creations of filmmaker Luis Buñuel. Amazed and deeply moved by Ingrid Bergman, Bette Davis, Katharine Hepburn or Paul Newman’s works which feed my passion ever since I can remember. Inspired by female gymnasts, who pervert the air as they twist and fly and smile through it.
While training as an architect, I became fascinated by how people use and pervert spaces. As I moved towards performance I began to combine my insight into spaces with my obsession for the language of movies.
Shaken, and stirred.
My performances feature gymnastics, actresses and cinema, humour and soul; within the space. I've performed at over 15 venues across Europe in my own shows, or others’. As an actor I've been cast in short films that have been selected for various international film festivals.
I dream of acting for Lucrecia Martel.
