My name is Meeka, I am a creative communicator, specialising in content creation, with ample experience in developing and delivering effective and exciting social content. I also work as a freelance photographer and art director.
Having accomplished my degree in BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion, I have developed a range of transferable skills including; art direction, branding, creative marketing, content creation, social media management and photography. My varied range of skills allows me to adapt to suit and complement a range of projects, briefs and styles when it comes to developing and creating projects.

- Cheeky Vegan x Do The Green ThingAs part of a six-week intensive training programme with Creativity Works: Advertising and partners, I was briefed to work with a team to come up with a campaign to encourage men to be more green - Do The Green Thing. I was apart of the Ideation process and concept curation. I was responsible for the brand rollout with how it will be communicated to the world. I was also responsible for creating the brand visuals and helped to establish the brand’s tone of voice.
- New Wave Magazine - Editorial FeatureEditorial shoot for New Wave Magazine surrounding the theme of Transcendence. When thinking about the theme of Transcendence I focused the conceptualisation of the concept on movement and a feeling - being free with your body and mind. My Role within the project was to work as Photographer & Art Director
- Around The World In Eight Plays (Adobe Lightroom) 2019Around the world in eight plays is a project for Adobe Lightroom, following eight photographers. The project follows eight photographers from around the world and asks what play means to them and what it looks like in their city. Adobe Lightroom set photographer Holly-Marie Cato the challenge of showing what play means to her as a creative. The project featured on the Lightroom Instagram page. My role on the project was to work as Art Director.
- Pixel LondonIn June 2017 I worked on the Pixel London Launch event. Pixel London is a student lead creative collaboration platform. My role was to work within the content and curation team, curating, collecting and finalising content for both the website and at the Somerset House launch event. I also had one of my photography personal projects was used as part of marketing material to help and promote the event. The launch was featured on the Somerset House website.
