I am a hands-on creative director with an art direction and visual background, interested in designing human-centred, buzz-worthy ideas that will grow businesses which make people's lives better. Along my many years in the communication industry, I have never stopped creating, while always having the passion to discover and mentor talented people who love what they do. Leading a team of 12-15 people. Around 30 awards won, putting the agency on the map of Romanian and Global creativity. Leading the team that designed the brand strategic and creative platform which helped SAB Miller-owned Timisoreana beer become no. 1 in Romania (still holding this position), win countless Effie Awards (including several Grand Effies for Best Brand) and become a Global Best Business Case in the SAB Miller Global Network. Other highlights: relaunched Coke light in the EER, in 2005, with a campaign entirely developed and produced by Lowe Romania; in 2006, won the agency’s 1st and, to date, only Golden Watch with Dakino, one of the 1st ever viral campaigns in Romania, which also received a wide digital PR, globally.
Growing from Senior Art Director to ECD in four years with what was the best agency in Romania at the time - D'Arcy, part of Publicis Group. Won Campaign of the Year with Rai de Murfatlar in the 2003 local Ad’Or festival, also my first international recognition in Golden Drum 2002. Became lead Designer for the company’s branding and packaging design division. Worked for a market outside of Romania (Republic of Moldova) for the 1st time, from 2001 to 2003, on the 2 major telecom providers in the country, consecutively. Clients: Vodafone, The Coca-Cola Company (Coke Light, Schweppes, Cappy, Coke & Food), Kraft Foods, InBev, Danone, P&G, Michelin, Agip, Azimut Spa. – nr. 1 motor-yachts in the World), Eli Lilly, Sicomed, GSK, Ringier Media Group.
