Working with multiple clients to deliver signature brand experiences through 360 campaigns.
During my time at Radley we took the brand in a new direction by appealing to more style conscious demographics. This meant shifting perceptions of the brand through seasonal campaigns and a huge focus in driving digital and social. My role invloved: - Working with VM to produce design and artwork for store window displays and in-store graphics - Press day graphics and lookbooks - Showroom and trade graphics to aid in the strong presentation of collections and brand stories to buyers - Adverts and packaging - Integration of campaigns across the site with the user journey at the forefront - Site reviews to identify & implement improvements - Email newsletters, features and social content - Working with print suppliers to deliver high standard print outcomes to budget - Art direction on still life shoots and assisted on campaign shoots - Researched and presented ideas for campaign and still shoots - Instructional mark ups to retouchers and retouching on an ad hoc basis - Mentoring the Junior Designer and managing freelancers
