About me
Currently available for freelance work. I’m a multidisciplinary creative and ideas machine with over a decade of experience working on a broad spectrum of projects and start-ups. Along my journey, I’ve acquired an eclectic range of skills from the array of hats I’ve worn on each project. Some might describe me as a specialist generalist - having the ability to specialise across a wide range of disciplines, challenges, and audiences. What I lack in formal accreditation I make up for in real-world delivery and on-the-pulse intuition that comes from my hands-on cultural background and experience. My strengths are in generating ideas and then turning them into real-life ‘things’. Creating and growing brands, working end to end from concept through to the finishing line.

  • Book Launch
Book LaunchCurating a memorable book launch to celebrate the release of a Norwich city guide. Uniting local businesses, makers and brands. Problem - How do you do a host a memorable book launch that embodies the contents and ethos of the book itself? This was the brief I set myself. Solution - Venue was critical so we hired out a much-loved pub that holds a special place in the heart of Norwich’s indie business scene, The Birdcage. We invited restaurants and eateries that featured in the guide to each b

A city overflowing with arts and culture, cool bars, lifestyle stores, and artisan bakeries. Back in 2012, there was nothing out there that showcased the best of Norwich for visitors, students, and locals alike. Making it difficult to discover the underground hot spots. Solution - I came up with the co
  • Artel
ArtelThe conception of an independent lifestyle cafe. Problem - My friend Kieran and I wanted to open our own coffee shop. Norwich already had a thriving scene of independent cafes. How could we enter this already thriving market with something new and exciting that set us apart from the others? Solution - We didn't open another coffee shop. Instead, we opened a concept space that combined artisan coffee and pastries alongside responsibly sourced food, drink, and a curated selection of lifestyle g
  • good: shop
good: shopA pop-up lifestyle store that gave local makers a platform to sell their goods in a curated retail space. Making it easier for Christmas shoppers to buy from local makers and brands all under one roof. Problem - Norfolk has many talented local artisan makers and consumers are increasingly making efforts to boycott big retailers to support local makers instead. Other than the occasional craft fair there were not many retail spaces that offered local makers a platform to sell from or an accessibl
  • Compendia
CompendiaA curated ethical brand directory designed to connect conscious consumers with brands that care. Problem - Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of the knock on effect their buying habits are having on the environment. As a guy I found it difficult to locate good companies as often the blogs and platforms promoting these brands were designed a more female audience. This sparked an idea… Solution - I created the compendia. An ethical brand directory designed for both men and women. Com
  • SHHHH Clothing
SHHHH ClothingAn ethical streetwear brand and artist collective that created opportunities for young emerging creatives. Problem - It’s 2008, I'm 18 and studying art and design at college. My friends and were obsessed with street art, streetwear, and street culture. We were making art, designing graphics, learning to DJ, making skate films, and developing our styles. At the time there was nothing to channel and broadcast what we were doing outside of our sleepy seaside town to the wider world. We needed a pl
