My role was to provide support to the company with various jobs. This includes working as a middleman to liaise with both the technical team and other workers in order to test new software, hardware and event setups. I also worked as a product assistant, liaising with both the technical and design team in creating assets and designing the website. I also provided support to the developers by testing out new features (e.g video or photo booth, AR and sound features), creating reports and spreadsheets that allow them to keep up with current and previous tasks, researching new potential software, helping with email marketing and analyzing google analytics. Lastly, when issues arise with non-technical team members I helped in inspecting both the company website and the bespoke software code to find solutions for problems that arise.
