- @Benedicta Banga Training as in working out. At the moment 11 km power walks 4-5 times per week. Other times weight training in the gym or play golf. I’m writing about international marketing and international wine marketing (have done research in this area) here is the blog https://internationalglobalmarketing.wordpress.com
- Oh it depends, I like to do yoga or if I am in a creative mood I knit. On difficult days, I put the xbox on and spend hours playing games.
- @Benedicta Banga still life, photos- I have some of my art on my profile so feel free to check out☺️
- @Katarina Hakansson MSc MCIM Training as in exercise or learning? What topics do you write on?
- @Jarod Smith ah yes I have lots of those. There is so much information these days.
- @Geoffrey Bunting imagine if he flipped and talked one day haha! It must be therapeutic.
- @Avi Bains what kind of stuff do you sketch?
- @Grace Irvine very nice I tried crotchet decades ago. I found it easier than knitting. I feel like I can still remember what to do(in my head haha )
- @Anastasia Grunina Love it, haven’t knitted for decades but even then I don’t think I ever completed anything and didn’t really understand pattern instructions.
- @Luis Pinto I love discovering a great new recipe. I’m into meat and dairy free dishes at the moment. How do you pick recipes to try?
- @Benedicta Banga sorry, I see my response got cut off...I watch one of many webinars I have registered for but have no time to participate in during the day
- @Petroslava Petrova dancing is such a great idea, I can imagine it being very liberating.
- @Christina Belloge that’s incredible dedication to the spin class. I think when things settle down those are great ideas to look into.
- @Christina Belloge that sounds heavenly- different times. I love a good face mask. Any recommendations?
- @Jonathan Dalon love Scrabble and Blinkst great choices. I don’t think I’ve ever played board games in the week.
- @Olivia Endersby that is interesting, I’ve not heard of that before. Do the numbers guide the colours?
- @Raf Tudela I like this one, would never have thought of doing that. I love illustrations and line drawings- I should try this.
- @Jarod Smith that sounds like a great way to switch off. What’s one of many?
- Meditate. Watch one of many
- I open one of my manga or favorite artist's latest post, take a screenshot and doodle, trace or draw on top, like a 3 year old, while listening to music
- I’ve taken up paint by numbers! It’s really stress-relieving, mindful, creative and great to see what you achieve at the end of it!
- One hour solid playing scrabble and Blinkist. By that time the Missus HQ’s développer a massive headstand time for sleep
- I also love to do do face mask and before covid once a month i ised to have a thai massage in soho! In winter i move to spend one afternoon in a hammam lebanese ir turkish to take care of my skin and get rid of all toxins! It’s the best
- Going to the gym i tooki spining classes since 4 years. You can also go to Q&A movie screening and take part to debates and meet cultured people. You could join some meet up or internations groups and do loacal activities near whete you mive. I used not to have a tv for 6 years and always enjoy free tickets to classical music concerts or go waych a live play in theaters
