Calling all junior creatives and students!
With COVID-19 hitting the creative industry just as hard as other sectors, it's becoming more difficult for those starting out to get the experience they need to create a good portfolio.
So I have had the idea of creating a project which people of various interests can participate in alongside other individuals just starting out, to build their portfolio and hopefully get a job in the future.
I myself am looking to improve my project management skills, so I thought this might be worth a shot!

- @Grace Collier yeah I can understand that. It’s very tough out there I’ve had to do something I never thought I’d do again - work in retail. I’ve got many years experience in both publishing on magazines, show and event guides, etc and also worked as a journalist and in communications. I keep telling myself we will get through this. I do feel for creatives, or anyone just starting out, but hang in there. Things will get better. What we all need to do is keep using our skills even for personal or voluntary projects.

- @Kevin Hyatt A lot of my friends are creatives, most of them have just graduated and they are doing various part-time jobs at the moment. They're getting quite down about it actally, because they spent so much time and money going to uni, only to enter the workforce at this time. It's heartbreaking to watch :(
