Over the last six months I've received lots of mentoring requests from people at all different stages of their careers. Clearly this is a really tough moment for everyone and so I’m setting some time aside each week to help. Anything we discuss will of course be completely confidential. In the 20 years I’ve been in the industry, I’ve worked for brilliant creative independents, big multinational networks, cutting edge TV channels, I’ve founded an agency, sold an agency, developed and written on award-winning TV shows, created a range of greetings cards, run an election campaign, made a hit tech podcast, rolled out a young directors placement programme, married once, fathered twice, and understand the difference between performance marketing and effective advertising.
