Looking for inclusion & diversity consultants working in film, TV, and/or culture to interview for research.
I am based in Barcelona and here in Spain, the conversation about the importance of representation and diversity in film, TV and culture is almost impossible to have yet. Companies, organisations and professionals still see it as something really far from the reality of this country.
I'd like to push this conversation forward, I still don't know in which concrete format but I would like to start knowing more about what consultants specialized in inclusion and diversity are doing in another countries like the UK and US, where this debate is much more present and widespread.
At this initial point I am simply looking to to send some questions by email or having a videocall to ask a few questions around this kind of work.
If you have any ressources I can consult, please leave them in the answers too. Thank you!
