- @Anna Wijnands totally hear you! Managing changing workloads can be tough. The lack of stability can be quite unnerving and has knock on effects to other areas of life. How do you manage this?
- Dealing with the different approaches clients or potential clients have, busy times vs slow phases, very communicative clients vs chasing. It feels like an additional challenge while doing the creative job itself – worth it, but demanding!
- Juggling the busy times and the downtime. Either I'm extremely busy with client work, or it's super quiet for a few weeks...
