About the Role:
OMD are looking to recruit an enthusiastic  Affiliates & Aggregators Account Manager looking to move to the next level in their career to work and learn within a vibrant Affiliate team, delivering activity for a brand that’s a household name in the finance sector. Working alongside the Affiliate Associate Director, you will be your clients’ key day-to-day contact, responsible for planning & activating activity across a range of product areas in this channel and evolving the performance strategy that will help deliver their business objectives. To achieve this, you will be directly managing an executive and more broadly working alongside your counterpart on the client side of the account, reporting into the Affiliate & Aggregators Associate Director. Your role is to organise, inspire and innovate across this team for the optimal output for your clients. Alongside this, you’ll have a keen sense of commercial awareness employed on behalf of your clients to continually optimise media on behalf of the client. You will have a keen inquisitive nature to constantly evolve your knowledge of the partners and technologies that exist to support and really drive a best-in-class affiliate program.
Your responsibilities as an Affiliate Manager will  also be to support the following:
  • Leading client's affiliate performance strategy & overall delivery of client KPIs and business objectives.
  • Work with your team to coordinate campaign strategies for the channel which include building and managing relationships with Key Publishers.
  • Optimise campaigns towards set objectives and demonstrate the ability to be innovative.
  • Oversee development of team and ensure line management is run in a just, timely and effective way.
