Burberry is looking for a skilled Assistant Merchandiser to join our Menswear Collection Merchandiser team. In this position, you will play a key role supporting the development of our strategic plan, working closely with Merchandising and collaborating across Sourcing, Planning, Product Development, and Design teams. You will help drive the entire product range management process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prepare and analyse sales reports by style, fabric, and colour using Excel to inform future design development.
Conduct competitive and pricing analysis to guide pricing architecture for the collection.
Manage PLM data entry to ensure accurate delivery information and prices in all currencies.
Assist in building seasonal range plans, developing product and pricing strategies, and preparing market-related documents.
Partner with the corporate pricing team to analyse price bands across core currencies and maintain data to support pricing structures in PLM.
Assist in preparing and presenting quarterly sales hindsight decks to provide performance insights.
Organise and coordinate collection notes, buying guides, and assist in the global brand buy process with regional teams.
Support merchandising-related activities, including product fittings with Product Engineering, sample coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Previous experience in Product Merchandising within a luxury brand
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced analytical, organisational, and retail math skills.
Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative approach, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Confident presenter with exceptional communication skills, able to effectively convey insights and strategies.
Having consistent and accurate data at all times.
