A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Cross Functional Project Manager do at Hogarth? Working with a prestigious technology client, the PM will supervise the briefing, preparation and output of all digital, static and motion content for various campaigns across multiple client teams. The role will require extensive experience in project management and confidence briefing in production teams from copywriters, designers and QC. Core responsibilities will include workflow oversight and process development, balancing projects across the team and collaboration with client partners. There will also be a requirement to manage reporting and analysis, and presenting to stakeholders on a regular cadence
Responsibilities:
  • Experience in project management, design or related field.
  • Maintain and own project resourcing for all projects, including project assignments, capacity, and change management.
  • Participate in project kickoffs, content meetings, reviews, and other project-based meetings as needed.
  • Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standards.
  • Create and analyse production and capacity reports.
  • Facilitate relationships between external and internal partners, ensuring up-to-date information is communicated.
  • Maintain expert-level familiarity with program content.
  • Manage scope of content and communicate scope and timing fluctuations to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, focus on detail, problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Must possess exceptional organization, time management, excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Eye for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Flexibility in working hours is key to this role.
  • Proven ability to build relations and work effectively with many stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Actively participate in attracting top talent and employee retention.
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to cultural differences.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed for digital and social platforms.
  • Experience in project management or content management systems .
  • Proficiency in Apple software and operating systems preferred .
  • Previous agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred.
  • Previous experience in digital production preferred.
  • Deliverables will be across multiple geographies and languages so a second language is beneficial but not essential.
