The Team
Design is where it all starts. The dynamic creative hub that sets the vision and inspiration behind the product. Delivering the overarching trends in fashion and culture that inspires the whole business.  Designing key items that drive the buy and ways to wear that lead the wider channels. We create and design the trends key items, and palettes and work closely with the buying, merchandising and our supplier teams to deliver the product that our customers love and give them that New Look feeling they crave.  No two days are the same and we thrive in a fast-paced environment.  We love having a laugh while we do it and look out for each other.
The Role: 12 month FTC
The Digital Designer will be responsible for working on a variety of campaigns from concept stage through to the delivery of online launches. You’ll be part of the creative design team coming up with innovative design & content ideas that can work across all channels and supporting the Creative Design Manager on future campaigns and creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Design team on website updates and seasonal toolkits, presenting final designs to senior management.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to layout, animation, web functionality, typography, and overall graphic design.
  • Deliver e-commerce campaigns across all digital channels, meeting launch deadlines and managing projects under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Adobe Suite and Figma, generating visually appealing and retail-minded designs.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
About You:
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in the entire design process, from creative concept to asset creation, and communication with developers.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the confidence to show initiative.
  • Effectively manage time and work at a fast pace, meeting multiple overlapping deadlines.
  • Deliver innovative and compelling multichannel designs, ensuring stakeholder updates throughout project progress.
