What does a Digital Programme Manager do in the Campaign Team at Hogarth?
This is a key team leading role for an experienced and proactive individual who will be responsible for managing digital production and implementation work for our global clients. Programme Manager has day-to-day liaison with our clients, clients’ agencies, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard, work is planned in and resource requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion.
The role of the Programme Manger is to lead a team of SPMs and PMs who plan, document, execute and finalise multiple client digital campaigns according to deadlines and within budget. This includes inhouse briefing between numerous hubs and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party partners to deliver projects according to plan.
Ensuring requirements are comprehensively gathered, gaps are resolved, and estimates are provided by the team with effective caveats and assumptions around timelines.
Be an internal source of expertise in the digital project management field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
Manage and optimise internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
Initiating projects including scope, budget, and schedule
Work on deployment and optimisation of key production tools (focus on optimisation and automation)
Support and mentor team members
Experience within a global production environment and/or creative agency environment
A commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery across multiple projects
Experience with automation, DCO workflows and addressable content highly welcome
Inspiring leadership, ability to manage matrix reporting, rally teams and experience in driving change and governance through cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience of successfully working within a virtual team environment
The ability to manage globally distributed project teams
The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks
The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle
The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively
