A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 60% of the time for most people. The role - Please note this is a short contract until December/January 26
The Regional Project Manager (RPM) is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of projects planned. Working closely with the WPP Delivery Lead, you will manage the Client and Agency teams.
You will be responsible for the triage of briefing to ensure allocation across Agency teams with the appropriate capabilities, coordinate all projects delivered via the WPP Agency teams and oversee the delivery of all commercial reporting.
You will ensure smooth project execution, create project documentation and develop project plans. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, be solutions minded, process driven and able to partner effectively with internal and client teams. When working with familiar deliverables you must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
As a Regional Project Manager, you are expected to support with various tasks to ensure and enable the overall smooth running of the teams. You will have experience in managing creative and production teams.
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Communication
  • Key liaison with clients and agency teams across projects they’re working on
  • Understanding of clients’ needs to deliver high satisfaction levels
  • Ensure awareness of timelines and deliverables on projects
  • Ensure a clear understanding of creative and production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project
  • Action oriented and full of energy
Collaboration
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams and key external partners to ensure quality and adherence to creative production guidelines for key deliverables
  • Strong understanding of agency process and WOWs
  • Makes good decisions based upon experience, intuition and good judgement; escalates in an appropriate manner and realizes they are part of a team
Process
  • Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • The ability to task manage globally distributed project teams; this includes aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project and assigning project team members to those roles
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, timing schedules, risk register, trackers, status and contact reports
  • Participate actively and can knowledgably articulate status internally and during client interactions
  • Identify potential project risks and if needed, escalate to WPP Delivery Lead
  • Ensure the highest quality is always delivered to clients
Financials
  • Own regional reporting, project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clients
  • Manage financial reporting, tracking against all project budgets
  • Early identification and escalation of projects that are in danger of budget overrun
KEY DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of Client Schedules and leading the teams in end to end content development and deployment
  • First point of contact for all briefs from the Client Brand Teams.
  • Management of Triage process to allocate brief requirements to relevant Agency Teams
  • Scope management and delivery of timeline and budget
  • Co-ordination of Agency teams for briefing and workflow delivery
  • Co-ordination of timing and budget plans (delivered by Agency teams)
  • Global Team Liaison to understand timings of centrally produced material that will become critical to regional and end market delivery
  • Day to day liaison between Agency Teams
  • Overseeing compliance of all Agency teams to process and protocols (ways of working and commercial reporting requirements)
  • Reporting of Offshoring & 3rd Party efficiencies
  • (Once confirmed up and running), ensure all workflow is managed through Adobe Workfront
Requirements
  • You will be expected to be an excellent communicator, confident in sharing your views and opinions with project teams.
  • You will have excellent process and organisational and a proactive nature
  • An understanding of marketing and production implementation processes across key channels such as digital, design, content, moving image, social etc
  • Understanding of the production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies
  • Ability to manage projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Experience of client relationships

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, Miro etc.

OFFICE DAYS
  • 2-3 days in Client location (TBC) and 1 day in our Sea Containers Office – Days/Location TBC.
