We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Stage & Studio Producer to join our dynamic team at Sadler’s Wells. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital content, working with world-class artists, companies, and filmmakers.
You’ll be at the heart of Sadler’s Wells’ digital content strategy, producing inspiring and engaging digital works that connect with audiences. You will:
Collaborate with the Director of Digital Stage & Studio and Senior Content Manager to shape the digital content strategy and objectives.
Lead on the production of digital content, from brainstorming creative ideas to managing budgets, schedules, and project workflows.
Curate and optimise the Sadler’s Wells YouTube channel, including YouTube Shorts, ensuring engaging content that resonates with our diverse global audience.
Ensure all digital content is accessible, removing barriers through inclusive language, captions, audio descriptions, and more.
Manage collaborations with artists, companies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital artistic content.
Monitor and report on content performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve engagement.
A strong background in digital content production, with a passion for dance and the arts.
Experience in managing end-to-end digital projects, from concept development through to final delivery and evaluation.
A creative and strategic thinker who can generate fresh ideas and deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Proven expertise in curating YouTube channels and optimising digital content for engagement.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices, ensuring digital content is inclusive for all.
