Description

A Creative Producer with a minimum of five years of experience working within an agency environment or in the luxury/art segment.  The role requires a minimum of three years of experience working in mainland China as well as fluent Mandarin.

As a Creative Producer you will oversee the creation and management of the philanthropic foundations and cultural institutions that we provide turnkey management of for our clients.  You will develop a creative and editorial vision that aligns with the strategies developed by the wider team and conceive, produce and edit-produce ongoing video content; as well as the overall management of the brands and websites that we manage for clients.

You must have a deep cultural awareness of both China and the West and a proven aptitude for understanding what content plays well with each audience.  Strong comprehension of different subjects matters and stories is essential, as is a deep understanding of and/or connectivity with the art and/or luxury segment.

You will be responsible for infusing creativity into the strategies that we deliver for clients in collaboration with our in-house teams.  You must have leadership skills as you will also be responsible for the creative output of our in-house video production team.


The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with a creative flair is critical, as is embracing our core values of privacy, trust and discretion.

Due to the nature of collaboration required across our team the role is office based with occasional working from home opportunities.


Essential Experience:


·      5 years total experience as Producer in an agency or art or luxury environment.
·      Including a minimum of 3 years of experience working in mainland China.
·      Strong credentials and references as a Producer and/or Creative Director.
·      Fluent English and Mandarin.
