We have a long-standing relationship with Nestlé, having produced iconic global campaigns across categories as varied as confectionary, infant-nutrition and pet care to name a few. We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, to help continue and drive production excellence across our relationship with on some of the biggest brands in the world. A significant portion of this role will involve working with creative agency partners to help bring their global campaign ideas to life.
The ideal candidate might have account handling experience on global productions working at a creative agency and now be looking to focus on production. Or, they could already be working at a production agency, working alongside creative partners and be looking for that next step.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience on global productions in many of the following:
working with producers - to create end-to-end project plans across pre and post-production; running and leading project status meetings and updating reports; overseeing the completion of successful triple bids
working with creative teams – can demonstrate an understanding of what they might be looking for on a production / from a production agency
managing clients - securing approvals during pre-production (e.g. casting, locations, shots etc) and post-production (edits, images, assets) attending shoots and VO recordings); managing timings, budget and project updates
developing toolkits that ensure local markets can easily adopt campaigns

organised multi-taskers, accountable for end- to-end project execution and responsible for delivering work on time, on specification and on budget
experts in project and client management and seek to implement best-practice methodology
master problem-solvers, are well organised with a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to grow and develop
Their responsibilities span:
Understanding of clients’ needs to deliver high satisfaction levels and share sharing feedback with their team and escalating delivery concerns to their AD
Accountable for ensuring all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables
Act as the primary client and agency contact for delivery, structure regular status updates and communications with clients, define scope and approach, set and manage expectations and deliverables and troubleshoot issues as they arise, and if required escalate to their AD
Work with client brands and agencies to ensure a clear understanding of the production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project and relay those details to other members of the team as necessary
Partner with Client Growth, Production and Finance to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation and a superior results
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal agency teams and key external partners (e.g., creative agencies) to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for key deliverables
Manage medium to large projects independently, from initiation through to completion
Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
Manage client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables and timelines and communicate changes/direction to team members
Keep projects on track through clear task lists, timing schedules, risk register, trackers, status and contact reports
Participate actively and can knowledgably articulate status internally and during client interactions
Identify improvements to existing workflow and processes
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans and if needed, escalate to AD
Liaise with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications
Ensure the highest quality is always delivered to clients
Own project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clients
Manage POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets
Client services experience within an interactive or integrated creative or production agency, with a good understanding of marketing and global production implementation processes across all key channels, including digital, video, content, social etc
An understanding of the production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies
Ability to manage medium to large projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget
Experience of building client relationships
A professional, calm, approachable demeanour, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environment
Strong written and verbal communication
An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello, Miro etc
Fluent in both written and spoken English
