We’re hiring a Senior Content Executive as part of our team in London or Manchester working on a hybrid basis.
Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Content Executive to join the growing team at dentsu.
You’ll be passionate about everything Content, from creating content calendars to monitoring trends across different platforms. Your responsibilities will include delivering on the strategy across 3-4 clients, ranging from content planning and analysis to client communication and reporting.
As well as working on your clients, you will also support on new business research when required.
Key Responsibilities
You will work on 3-4 accounts at dentsu which you will either lead or work closely with a Content Strategist on. Your key accountabilities are as follows:
  • Researching, analysing and drawing conclusions on what type of queries we should target and what content is required to rank at each point of the customer journey
  • Producing editorial plans, content audits and regular recommend content recommendations which aid our organic performance and growth
  • Understanding the everchanging Google search results page and have a thorough understanding of the SERP features to own
  • Integrating with other teams such as UX and Digital PR to ensure our recommendations are user-first and sending strong EEAT signals
  • Taking an active role in research and analysis for new business pitches
  • Leveraging tools and data to make informed decisions over topics and themes to own for your clients – Knowledge of tools such as SEMRush and Google Analytics
  • Experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint as both are used heavily in the role
  • Taking an active interest in the wider SEO and Content industry
Professional Skills & Key Experiences
  • You will be: Curious, Creative, Self-Motivated, Organised and Passionate
  • 1+ years’ experience in SEO/Content, either in-house or within an agency
  • Experience working with large retail brands delivering strategies and/or editorial
  • Analytical and data driven, with some data extraction skills desirable
  • The ability to work closely with various teams, contributing on a regular basis
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to continuously improve
  • Exceptional client-facing ability and a strong communicator
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages a bonus
