Role Mission


As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns targeting key audience profiles across multiple channels. Your role will involve identifying new audiences, developing digital propositions, and creating robust test and learn programs with measurable revenue objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Oversee the strategic development and delivery of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives. Plan, build, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as website, email, PPC, SEO, and Display.
  • International Focus: Work on International Joint Ventures (IJV) marketing for events in the Middle East, Japan, Korea, China, and India. Collaborate with the wider team to execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Channel Optimization: Utilize organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to grow audiences and engagement. Increase brand awareness and ensure a holistic approach across the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance. Identify strategic opportunities to enhance brand awareness and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Centre of Excellence, client marketing team, and external agencies. Maintain strong communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
Who We Are Looking For/Skills
  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B. Proven track record in delivering commercial success.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, Data Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Media, Website CMS, and Display. Experience with Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Analytical and Strategic: Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data insights. Experience in digital lead generation and management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Creative and Detail-Oriented: Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to develop personas, value propositions, and targeted messaging.
  • Collaborative and Autonomous: Confident working both autonomously and in collaboration with partner agencies. Ability to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining a top-tier agency service.
  • Results-Driven: Strong commercial focus with the ability to deliver against growth targets. Excellent presentation skills.
