A Hybrid working model

Department Summary
Our global digital production teams at Hogarth are made up of over 600+ digital specialists in over 20 countries. We have digital strategy and consulting expertise, as well as full-lifecycle digital production expertise, across best-in-class platforms and solutions. Our digital production types of work covers campaign production, DCO, email production and marketing, web and platforms development, large-scale content operations and Web 3 and Metaverse production as well.
What does a Senior Project Manager do at Hogarth?
The HEX Senior Project Manager will provide delivery support and structure. Following the Hogarth Digital delivery framework the Senior Project Manager will collaborate and lead the multi-disciplinary team of HEX creatives to deliver innovation experiences and projects. This role will provide clarity and drive the HEX team’s organisational standards to ensure HEX projects meet the delivery standards expected of a Hogarth programme.
Responsibilities
  • Partnership with Client Service to manage client communications, including project status, timelines, and scope management, keeping stakeholders always informed of project progress.
  • Coordinate with Strategy, Creative and Product departments to ensure a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach to solving problems.
  • Set up and facilitate both internal and client post-project reviews, sharing learnings with relevant parties.
  • Risk and dependency management skills, enabling effective communication of mitigation plans and escalation of issues where appropriate.
  • Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.
  • Tailor, adapt and implement an appropriate delivery process to that required by a client.
  • Report on project health and performance, managing burn, OOP expenditure and revenue forecasting; Successfully deliver concurrent strategic, digital and comms projects with high quality deliverables, on-time and on-budget.
  • Drive scoping sessions with discipline leads to align on resourcing, scheduling and costs for projects.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Programme Manger, Hex.
You will work closely with Digital Production and HEX Creative team.
Requirements
All Project Managers must have proven experience of the following competencies:
  • Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
  • Time Management: The ability to ensure timely completion of projects, including activity (task) definition and sequencing processes
  • Cost Management: The ability to plan, estimate and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. This includes resource planning, cost budgeting and project reconciliation
  • Quality Management: The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality needs for which the project as defined by both best practice and client expectations
  • Resource Management: The ability to task manage globally distributed project teams; this includes aligning on project objectives and goals, defining roles in the project and assigning project team members to those roles
  • Communications Management: The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
  • Risk Management: The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks
  • SCRUM: The ability to use the methods of Scrum in management projects
  • Client Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle
  • Organisation: The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively
  • Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accounts
  • Experience of working in a decoupled environment and collaborating effectively with other third-party agencies
  • Experience of digital production and good knowledge of AR and AI tools and platforms
  • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies is as must
  • Management of globally distributed project teams
