Role Purpose-
The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring on time in full delivery of orders to our customers, and/or partners. You will be responsible for order management, budgeting and analysing the effectiveness of our operations within the Digital, Retail and Wholesale channels. You will be keen to understand what is happening in the business and transform this insight into an operational impact. You will be a naturally curious person, who is calm, influential, and a practical thinker.
Main Responsibilities
  • Oversees the order to cash process. Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in full and in a timely manner
  • Direct ownership of identified Key accounts and/or Brands
  • Liaise with Inventory Planner to understand the Inbound stock schedules and any impact on accounts and customers
  • Liaise with 3PL warehouse and freight providers to ensure seamless end customer delivery
  • Liaise with Commercial teams to ensure complete accurate order information is available
  • Ownership of the budget for operational spend of the channel and freight of the channel
  • Responsible for assessing the delivery frequency of stores to ensure continuity
  • Contribute to the development of the S&OP process and future supply chain strategy
Reporting
  • Ensure assigned reports are sent in a timely manner
  • Lead the logistics/commercial and warehouse meetings
  • Contribute to the department meetings where required
Team Management
  • Lead the team by example; sharing knowledge and providing support where needed
  • Set the team up for success and develop individuals, whilst providing regular feedback
  • Conduct reviews in line with the business guidelines
Relationship Management
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and external customers and partners
  • Obsessed with meeting customer expectations to ensure Aesop delivers the highest level of service.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with external partners/customers: warehouses, carriers & customers
This is a full-time position based in our London Head Office.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to –
  • A customer-centric mindset (both internal and external), with experience in Supply Chain
  • Ability to build strong relationships with and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex problems which arise; level-headed, able to manage and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast moving ever changing, demanding environment.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in presenting and adapting communication style.
  • Ability to challenge ways of working and seek out ways to continuously improve
