Ensure effective and compliant management of all Burberry share plans in the UK and overseas
Managing delivery of annual events such as invitations, awards, vestings, and maturities
Own all supporting activities required to successfully operate share plans including audit activities, regular and ad hoc reporting, payroll support, management of internal stakeholders (including Reward COE, Company Secretariat, Finance, etc)
Manage the relationship with the company’s external share plans administrator (and legacy administrators as appropriate) and work to continually improve the how we administrate our global share plans
Ensure all relevant documentation and communications are defined and issued in a timely manner, and that share plan communications are clear, accurate, informative, and engaging
Lead process excellence initiatives relating to share plans within Burberry
Point of escalation for complex queries regarding Executive share plans
Line management of Share Plan Advisor
