We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will blend creative storytelling with technical expertise and strategic thinking to build our brand presence and engage our community across social platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with our brand DNA and marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Building: Cultivate and nurture an engaged community, fostering meaningful interactions and a loyal following.
  • Creative Ideation: Pitch and execute creative campaigns that push boundaries and leverage emerging trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, using insights to optimize content and strategies.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep Main Squeeze at the forefront of digital conversation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and respond to social media inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts with proven success in community growth and engagement.
  • Expertise in creating and editing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific trends, analytics, and best practices.
  • Exceptional creativity with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills with a knack for crafting captions that connect.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic photo/video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • A pulse on meme culture, Gen Z trends, and digital-first storytelling.
