The Role
The Workforce Product Manager is responsible for the overall and continual success of our Staff and Volunteer management technology products (currently encompassing the Volunteer Management, rostering, HR platforms and our intranet. They manage the product backlog and roadmap on a day-to-day basis, and partner with different areas of the museum, capturing business goals and turning these into solutions, and managing them through to delivery. The Product Manager is the escalation point for major support issues relating to the product, as well as owning the governance of data within the product (including data acquisition, data quality, data integrity and integration with other platforms). This role acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all initiatives relating to the Staff and Volunteer technology products.
