Ever think about surfing for 10, 20 or even 30 more years from now? I do, ever since my fingertips dragged along the glassy, morning waters of the Pacific Ocean. Crouched down, mesmerized, until the wave breaks and I find myself lying like a starfish over the shallow reef. Maybe for you it’s different. Maybe it’s being out past the break, in your one-man canoe. Maybe it’s taking your stand-up paddle out for sunset or catching some mid-day froth on your body board. Whatever your jam, we can all agree, overhead water-sports take a lot out of you. There’s sun, salt and lots to look out for in dynamic conditions. We can also all agree, it’s worth it and we’re better humans when we spend time on the water. What stops you from being a better human? As a Health Coach specializing in water people, we can examine your unique lifestyle and see where you want to make changes to reach our ultimate goal of keeping you paddling out for as long as possible.
