450th Birthday of Oryol (Russia)

I was a member of the production team (Director's Assistant) that put on a two day art and culture festival for the people of Oryol in Russia. This included a theatrical programme with performances from of local and national talents, a government body dinner and ceremony, and a big concert with Russia's biggest stars (Serebro, Alexander Marshall from Gorky Park) on the city's main square to close it off. My job was to negotiate with the regional government, look after the artists, create a three-day schedule for staff and performers and managing stage equipment.
