"Actions: the image of the world can be different" was the re-opening exhibition of Tate linked museum Kettle's Yard. It featured over 30 exciting artists through a variety of media, all expressing how art can be a call to action.
Actions: interviews with the artists followed five of the exhibitioning artists. The documentary is in three parts: 'react' unpacks the emotional sources of inspiration for their works; 'action' examines the artists' process and what they invested into their artwork; and 'reaction' asks the artists what they want the audience to take away from their explorations.
The production was made by a youth outreach project Circuit Cambridge, of which I was a part. Cinematography, editing and leading animation workshops were all part of my contributions.
