Over the course of several months, we sculpted the idea behind the video, which was centred around making the world a great place to work. This involved developing character back stories, emotive flashbacks, and a powerful final shot to reveal the new logo and brand colours. Scenes were developed to show locations from around the world, thus emphasizing the global nature of The Adecco Group.
The Adecco brand was personified in the character of ’Samantha’. She connects people, guides them and offers thought leadership. We felt that these qualities fitted perfectly with Adecco’s brand ethos. Another of Adecco’s brand principles to offer advice and guidance at a governmental level. We included a politician character to represent how sage guidance can positively impact the wider community.
