Advance to Go

The client for this project was KALMARs, a SE1 property expert located in Shad Thames, London. The brief was to produce a brochure that would position KALMARs as an authority in the regeneration of the Old Kent Road area. It would have to contain a mixture of aspirational content and factual information/case studies on the main developments that are planned or underway. The brochure would have to provide a clear sense of place with photography and maps showing the location in relation to both Central London and existing and planned transport links. It would be part a sales brochure and part a report and should appeal to a wide audience, including developers, end users, local authorities and businesses looking at relocating.
