Against Creativity: The Visual Exploration

  • Caroly Nisu

Mock-up version of my final major project for my university course. This visual exploration is an edited version of author Oli Mould’s publication “Against Creativity”. It was created as a complimenting visual and critical editorial response to the author’s thoughts. This publication is not intended to be “against” or “pro” creativity- it rather seeks to question and explore it through areas such as economy and politics, that could initially seem un-creative to the reader. Combining treated imagery of street art found in the Brick Lane area of London with complex thoughts and the risographic printing style, this series of booklets seeks to challenge the reader to form their own opinions on the information they consume.
