Amazon needed to find a new way to put their users in control of the logistics around deliveries.
Their next big innovation allowed them to do just that; physical hubs that enable customers to pickup and return orders at their convenience.
This space had to work for the users and be driven by convenience and utility. It had to be "ready when you are".
This project started with many fast moving parts and both Amazon and the creative team were unsure how it would manifest. I helped put in place the principles and design philosophy to bring the hubs to life and help create a cohesive experience as well as translating the digital experience customers had come to expect had to be translated to the real world.
