Beacons collection

From sketching to model-making and running multiple colour tests is exhilarating. Working with clay with my hands naturally incentivises me to create soft shapes. In this collection, I focused on this method for expressing the message of gentle touch and hand-building to create softness. Through the 'Beacons' collection, I abstract the ephemeral act of hugging through clay materials. Frozen in time, these shapes become lightware by holding candles or lamps.
