Born Equal Consults: The Equity & Inclusion Workshop

We have created a unique framework to deliver training and consultancy to support the SDGs, using it to benchmark ourselves and measure our impact. Our creative industry and education sector careers, and personal perspectives underpin our methods and service. This 4 hour extensive workshop is scheduled over extra time to allow for regular breaks. You can expect to cover: - An education on systemic inclusion and how to go about achieving it: - Help understanding your own bias - Support on creating and evolving your systemic inclusion strategy - Employee communication, engagement, language and measurement - Confidence in demonstrating accountability as a leader - Free access to our Equity & Inclusion Toolkit for ongoing support We have a proven track record and extensive experience in producing training, academic teaching and communication materials for businesses spanning the corporate fashion and advertising sectors. Using a multi-method approach, we deliver tools within models that enable proactive and beneficial solutions in ensuring Equity and Inclusion are part of your business agenda. The training will be delivered by Deborah Campbell, a sustainable fashion specialist, accomplished trainer & university lecturer and Emma Gardner, workshop facilitator & public speaker with a background in creative operations. All of our training is provided within a safe and non-judgemental space.
