Fashion Business School, London College of Fashion, UAL is now offering UAL alumni who are founders/senior managers of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) fully-funded bursaries to join the Help to Grow: Management Programme. Delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts at Fashion Business School, this leadership course will provide time away from the challenges of running a business to invest in your leadership, and to learn how to take your business to the next level. In this business-focused training and mentorship scheme, you'll learn modules covering vision, mission and values, employee engagement, digital transformation, strategy and innovation. You'll exchange experiences and ideas with other business leaders and join a nationwide Alumni Programme that includes events and talks with industry speakers. You'll also work with an experienced small business mentor from Enterprise Nation (Newable Consortium) to tackle your business challenges and develop a tailored growth plan. The programme works around you as you'll be able to access a blend of online and face-to-face sessions designed to fit around your existing work commitments. To qualify, you must be a founder/senior leader in an SME and have at least 5 employees on payroll. To find out more, get in touch with me at a.miller@arts.ac.uk Or, visit https://bit.ly/3OegpyP
