Casino Track-Epical Integration With TransAct TableTrack by racesite pro
Table Trac Inc. and TransAct Technologies Inc. have completed so-called "first" integration projects that integrate each company's products.

Both companies are U.S.-based casino systems and equipment suppliers.

Table Trac revealed that its casino track casino management system operates in 300 casinos in 13 countries. Its locations are in the United States, Australia, and Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.

TransAct produces a variety of slot machine printers; it also supplies a range of promotional bonus software from the 'Epicental' brand.

Under the new partnership, casino operators can deploy TableTrac's PromoTrac OnDemand products along with TransAct's Epic Central platform, and use TransAct Epic Edge or Epic 950 printers through CasinoTrac's player tracking interface.

The companies said in a press release last week that the collaboration was "the industry's first casino management system to provide a single wire-on-demand printing solution, eliminating the hassle of redundant networking equipment or infrastructure."

In a release, TableTrack President Chad Hune said, "We are excited to work with TransAct's great team to innovate a single wire solution that combines CasinoTrack's powerful in-game hardware platform with TransAct's Episocal SE designers and print servers to provide guests with high-resolution graphic promotional coupons, pre-filled drawing items, and more."

"This solution offers a lot of capabilities and flexibility, is simple, easy to implement, and creates tremendous cost savings by removing additional in-game hardware and multiple networks," he added.

The report also quoted TransAct CEO John Dillon as saying, "The need for redundant networking within casino operations to leverage EpicCentral has long been a barrier for new customers, and we are pleased to announce that this partnership addresses logistical challenges for the casino track's significant installation base."

He added: "We believe this will open the door to additional white space for both Epic Central and Casino printer products in multiple markets."
