The brief - We partnered with Colt to transform their employer brand. Although Colt provides unrivalled connectivity to premier businesses and financial institutions around the world, their commercial presence is mainly in the B2B space so there's no great need for a consumer brand. As such, their employer brand was next to non-existent. What struck us most was the incredible culture at Colt: a challenger culture where anyone, regardless of seniority, can contribute their ideas and push the boundaries of what was previously thought possible. We wanted to craft an employer brand that reflects this vibrant, daring space, and draws the right kind of people to the company, people who, in the words of Mark Beeden, VP Customer Experience & Service Management, see their job description "as a starting point".
