Kickstarted Holland & Barrett's focus on providing fast and effective community management across their social media channels when I was the sole person handling responses but managed to beat out all other retailer second only to banks in response times. This lead to a Retail Week Rising Star award and eventually the growth of Holland & Barrett's social media team as the company saw the potential in the area. Judges for the awards commented on my unique ability to engage with customers across Holland & Barrett’s social media accounts. They said this led to a ‘truly positive’ impact on Holland & Barrett International, describing him as the ‘new face of customer service’.
