Cottage Chemise Dress

Commission for a private client to make an occasion dress for a birthday party. The dress is to be inspired by the shape and silhouette of a classic garment, the Chemise a la Reine, combined with the styling inspiration taken from the cottage core trend. The project consists of research and design development as well as exploring through sketching and fabric experimentation to create a custom made piece to fit the brief and timeline of the client.
