Custom font

Elseville, an online diary for those who seek inspiration through their travel experiences, wanted to refine its communication activities by implementing a custom font into its content. The Elseville font was designed as part of the brand's attempt to visually communicate its values with a more effective and impactful way. Based on the founder's personal experiences, content for the About page was crafted as well as a set of icons adapting an organic approach that evokes the human aspect of the brand. Using the notions of "oblivious", "hidden" and "far away" as a starting point, Elseville's visual language was envisioned across digital channels and print, focusing on vibrant colours and imagery that exudes an aura of exoticism.
