Data Deckchairs

In 2017 Lendlease approached me to develop a project that would incorporate the local community in their newly developed Elephant Park. Data Deckchairs combines data visualization and print design with an information system showcasing Elephant & Castles vast multicultural population. The chairs combinational stripe system uses colours and patterns of international flags to reference an individuals life regarding place of birth, countries they have lived in and the languages they speak. The deckchairs were showcased as part as the London Design Festival ‘17 in the exhibition sPARK: Uncertainty Playground
