My name is Elliot Dennison (he/him) I am a multi media visual artist based in London, my work primarily focuses on the medium of photography. Within my work I am influenced by a variety of subjects such as my multicultural Thai/English upbringing, my experiences of growing up within a spiritual cult and horror. My style stems from the belief that there is an intersection of reality and fantasy which we encounter momentarily in our daily lives. I strive to recapture this crossover within my work. Music and documentary photography is another interest of mine. I have long been involved in many underground music scenes within London. In one of my long term projects I document portraits of different people within these varying underground scenes. 'The death of subculture' is something that tends to have negative connotations however I see it as the democratisation of pop culture I believe eventually all arts with collide into one form and function. Underground music is ever changing and impacts our zeitgeist more than we realise.
