Design Director - Wieden+Kennedy

FOR is so excited to be partnering with the amazing, passionate and colourful Wieden + Kennedy. We are looking for a Design Director for their brand hub, someone who shares their passion for craft; someone who takes pride in their work, with a positive and productive attitude. The scope of work is very broad across all accounts; agency-side BAU, branding, instore, installations, art direction etc. It is important that your folios show campaigns and branding. You should bring a fresh and relevant approach to your work and use this to inspire and shape your team of designers and the work they create; your wisdom should support and encourage those around you. With your proven leadership skills you mentor, train and make your team feel safe and heard. You aspire to make work that goes beyond advertising and pushes into culture and peoples’ everyday lives. WK are looking for an ‘edge’, to be wowed, to be ‘scared’ by folios with a more left-field approach. WK wants you to have fun, joining in with their creative obsession and independence.
