As a London born girl in a Jamaican household, I often experience the best of British and Caribbean life; but I would be lying if I said I've experienced my families origins first hand.
This project was a 24 page zine exploring Jamaica through the stories and memories of family members - translated into sketches and comic panels and printed on the risograpgh printer.
It was a delicate, hands on process from start to finish, yielding incredible results. Please enjoy these extracts:
