Movement is crucial for the existence of mankind. The way of moving even more so. Where short, intense bursts of limited variety surrounded by hours of inactivity and sedentary living – is a very recent phenomenon in human evolution. Nonetheless the direction and nature of the movement of human kind have always been fluid and diverse, changing in response to the movement before. Hugely varied, constantly changing and adapting, working with strange alignments and demands, challenging the mind as much as the body. Nourishing us physically and mentally. This editorial travels the path of contemporary interchanging movement.
